Policies

Patient Age: We welcome patients aged 12 and older.

Appointment Cancellation and No-Shows: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must give a 24-hour notice. If you fail to give a 24-hour notice, or if you no-show an appointment, you will be charged a $25 no-show fee.

Telehealth: Your initial evaluation must be conducted in person at our office. Follow up sessions may be scheduled virtually based on your provider's treatment plan.
