Medication Management
Dr. Jesse Gorley, MD, ABPN Board Certified Psychiatrist
I am a physician and board-certified psychiatrist with more than 20 years of experience. I work with individuals ages 12 and up who may benefit from medications for a wide range of mental health concerns. I was a medical student at Texas Tech when I discovered my interest and desire to work in mental health after witnessing the dramatic, positive impact of treatment in patients’ lives. I also wanted, and enjoy to this day, the opportunity to get to know so many varied and fascinating people through my work. My psychiatry residency at the University of Texas at San Antonio was a hybrid program that included civilian and military rotations. I served as a psychiatrist in the U.S. Air Force for eight years, followed by five years as a civilian contractor providing care at Sheppard Air Force Base, before transitioning to private psychiatric practice in Wichita Falls in 2019. I strive to be empathetic and transparent in conversations with patients regarding their concerns and treatment options; I fine tailor each person’s treatment to their individual needs. Along with attentive medication management, I provide brief therapy and connect those who may benefit from additional counseling with other skilled professionals on staff and in the community. I have particular experience treating veterans and their families, also those with ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, traumatic histories, and psychosis. I have lived in Wichita Falls since 2010 and enjoy time with family and friends, my church community, as well as raising horses and working outdoors.
Katrina Lister, APRN, PMHNP
I am a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I provide mental health medication management for adults. I welcome each person as they are and strive to create a supportive, respectful space for care. I have been an RN since 1986, beginning in medical-surgical nursing near my hometown in Kansas. Over time, I discovered a passion for helping people improve their coping skills and mental health. My Air Force career took me around the world, and while serving, I earned my MSN from the University of Pittsburgh in 2007, preparing me for my current role. After transitioning to civilian life, I spent 11 rewarding years with Rose Street Mental Health Care until it closed, then joined the Integrity Health and Counseling team. I take time to listen to your story, understand your goals, and learn what matters most to you. Together, we will develop a plan that supports your growth and helps you work toward becoming your best self. I provide care for adults seeking support with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, bipolar, psychosis and addictions. I have a special interest in supporting my fellow veterans and addressing women’s mental health needs. I enjoy being part of our local community, volunteering in my neighborhood and with my church. I am also active in the local animal rescue community, where I foster small dogs and help showcase adoptable pets on a local news channel almost every week.
Mary Kay Tully, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
I am a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I provide mental health medication management. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Texas State University and my Master of Science in Nursing at Hawaii Pacific University. As a nurse, my philosophy is that I want people to live longer, not die more slowly. As a mental health provider, I believe that the world would be a better place if those with mental health issues were treated with as much empathy and support as those with physical illness. I like to work with my patients collaboratively to enhance their mental well-being. I believe in targeting symptoms rather than treating a diagnosis, but mostly I believe in treating individuals. I enjoy educating my patients rather than expecting them to take a pill because I say so. I believe in evidence-based practice but am open to new options. In my nursing training, complementary and alternative medicine was supported. I am intellectually curious, so my main area of interest is my patients, whether they are depressed, anxious, hyperactive, inattentive, manic, or addicted. I’m here to help. Fun Fact – Nursing is a second career for me. I started in sales (not the best job for someone with anxiety!) and in my desire to help, one time made a cold call to The Pentagon. It worked!!

Talk Therapy
Angie Rallis, MA, LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults in every stage of life, helping them navigate relationship challenges, cope with grief and loss, manage anxiety and depression, recover from difficult experiences, and adapt to major transitions. My path to counseling wasn't a traditional one. After experiencing the profound impact of therapy myself, I returned to school in my late 30s to pursue a career in counseling. Through my own counseling journey, I came to appreciate what can happen when someone feels truly heard, understood, and supported. That experience inspired me to become the kind of therapist who helps others find their own way forward. My style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation with someone you trust. I understand how vulnerable it can be to ask for help, and my goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, challenged when needed, and equipped with the insight and tools to move toward the life you want.
Rebecca Bell, MA, LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have extensive experience working with teens, adults, seniors, couples, and families facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, anger, low self-esteem, chronic self-criticism, insecurity, and questions of purpose and meaning. My approach to therapy is integrative, holistic, and culturally responsive. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, Gestalt and Humanistic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and mindfulness, I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. No matter how "together" you may appear on the outside, it can feel overwhelming when you're hurting on the inside. You don't have to carry that burden alone. I understand how difficult it can be to face long-standing patterns, painful experiences, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a warm, welcoming, and nurturing space where you feel safe, supported, and accepted. I believe you are the expert on your own story. I'll meet you where you are, and together we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. There is no judgment and no expectation to be anything other than yourself. This is your journey—one focused on self-awareness, healing, growth, and creating a more fulfilling life.
Anne Skelton, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate their darkest moments and reclaim their lives. I began my career working in an intensive inpatient setting where I learned the importance of connecting with individuals. I received my Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington specializing in mental health. During my post degree supervision, I discovered my true calling in trauma therapy. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing the journey of a client who has felt “stuck in survival mode” genuinely rediscovering a love for themselves. I provide a safe collaborative space for individuals 15 and up, to explore their most vulnerable moments. Beyond trauma healing, I specialize in ADHD management, anxiety, mood disorders, and helping clients develop innovative, practical strategies to organize their lives and reach their personal goals. Outside the therapy room, I am grounded by my family, friends, and church community. I enjoy spending time outdoors, tackling DIY projects, and traveling.
